At present, the grim energy situation and deterioration of the natural environment, has severely restricted the socio-economic development. Seawater Source Heat Pump, as renewable clean energy, is widely used in the field of district heating. In order to better enable their diffusion and use of the heating industry in Qingdao, to expedite its work, the subject focused on in-depth study on popularization and application of the heating industry of Seawater Source Heat Pump in Qingdao.1. This article introduces the development and application of Seawater Source Heat Pump in Qingdao and in the sea.2. Introduced Seawater Source Heat Pump, working principles, classification and key technologies of using seawater source heat pump and advantage.3. Description of using Seawater Source Heat Pump heating conditions in Qingdao, combined with policies and measures at the national, local and the city of Qingdao, illustrate the feasibility of Seawater Source Heat Pump system to promote in Qingdao.4.Established Qingdao sea-water source heat pump system for heating applications, and through the analysis, get the reasonable heating radius 2.6km and economic scale of heating 200,000 ~2000,000 m2, using the net present value method to get the related subsidy proposal, heat supply subsidy of 14 Yuan/m2 or investment subsidy of 55 Yuan/m2.As increasingly severe of the environment and rapid development of Seawater Source Heat Pump technology, Seawater Source Heat Pump in heating areas becomes a essential emerging power. Based on this advanced technology and through various analyses, this article indicated the value of its spread in Qingdao, for use by the industry sector in the appropriate area.
