EMU is our country in recent years to develop the main railway equipment, to ensure the stability of the time of the train leader must have a good performance of the auxiliary power supply system. In this paper, the development trend of the auxiliary power supply system is adapted to optimize the design of auxiliary power supply system in accordance with the direction of simplifying the structure of power supply and improving the reliability of the power supply system.First, the development course of the auxiliary power supply system for the Japanese motor car group is consulted, and the auxiliary power supply system of the 300 series of motor train set is selected as the reference to understand the structural layout of the auxiliary power supply system. Then it lists the CRH1 type, CRH2 type, CRH3 type, CRH5 series auxiliary system of EMU auxiliary system of our country, and analyzes the characteristics of them, and distinguish their advantages and disadvantages.In comparing the EMU auxiliary power supply system based on, according to optimize the circuit and improve the reliability and adapt to the localization of the improvement direction of proposed a modified type of the AC-DC power supply auxiliary system integrated design scheme. The auxiliary system can partially solve the problem of load power supply instability of CRH2 high speed EMU auxiliary system, which makes the load more damaged, and the components of the power supply system are much less than that of the direct direct power supply system. The vehicle load classification, targeted to simplify the power supply system, and the DC bus directly connected to the DC link, to avoid the auxiliary inverter when the fault occurs on the DC 110V power supply. Finally, the auxiliary system load parameters are calculated, and the capacity parameters of the inverter, rectifier and auxiliary winding are determined.Finally, this paper also analysis the structure and working principle of PWM rectifiers, inverters, DC chopper circuit, combined with the requirements of the selected rectifier, inverter, DC chopper circuit, and discusses the control method of the.The deficiency of this paper is that the design of DC 110V power supply mode is only theory, and the control method and stability of DC power supply system need to be further verified and improved.
