The CRH2 electric motor vehicle group,which is used extensively in the high speed,the start and stop,the safety,the detection,the cold,the sand and the berth and so on,is China’s railway ministry for the sixth major acceleration and construction of China railway high-speed passenger dedicated line.With the development of economy,technology and people’s demand for the power quality of mobile cars,the inverter power supply with good electrical characteristics and reliable operation is getting more and more attention from researchers at domestic and abroad.Based on the rapid development of high-speed train in China,the paper studies the control strategy of auxiliary power supply system on high-speed train,and designs a three-phase isolation inverter power supply for the power supply of the air conditioning equipment in the driver’s room on the high-speed train.The paper analyzes the current status and trends of the inverter power source at home and abroad,and designs the cab air-conditioning inverter power supply main circuit topology structure and the controller combining with the high speed train driver room air conditioning of the inverter power performance and high reliability of the actual demand,sets and runs the inverter power supply system based on MATLAB/Simulink model,analysis the power output characteristics,completes including power main circuit,control circuit,drive circuit,protect circuit,communication circuit of power supply system hardware design.Due to the large fluctuation of actual input voltage,Parallel booster circuit are added in the dc link of the main circuit to boost and stabilize the voltage,which adopts two IGBT parallel mode to realize the frequency multiplier regulation of the inductive current,reduce the current ripple and improve the stability of the output voltage.System adopts the double closed loop feedback control strategy including the inductance current inner loop and voltage outer loop,which realizes the cab air-conditioning motors on voltage and frequency variation curve of dynamic performance requirements.The paper completes the software programming of the whole system on the basis of the hardware design,studies the SPWM algorithm based on two phase control method,which can increase the dc voltage utilization rate effectively by adding three harmonics and dc components,it also gives the main program flow chart and flow chart of each interrupt subroutine of the system.The hardware and software intermodulation experiments are carried out on the control system platform of STM32F103R8T6 chip based on ARM frame.The experimental results are in accordance with the simulation and theoretical analysis,which verifies the correctness of the feedback control strategy.The inverter power supply has been tested by the user,and the performance indexes have reached the design requirements.At present,it has been mass-produced and invested in the high-speed train scene,and the equipment is stable and reliable,which verifies the correctness and feasibility of the software and hardware design and control strategy of the paper.
