| Man combat capability is increasingly becoming a key factor in the outcome of the battlefield under the new situation of local wars and terrorism operations. Routine military training is the core of improving man combat capability, and enhance light weapons shooting capacity is the requirement of improving man combat capability. Research and development of light weapons auxiliary training system have a higher military value in order to improving shooting training safety,saving training funds and reducing firearms wear.Based on the boundary dimension and operating instructions of QBZ-95,research and design QBZ-95 Auxiliary Training System, improving target shooting capacity and auxiliary shooting training is the design tenets of the system, the design goals of the system is improving the simulation training quality and enhancing battlefield realism.It’s the precondition of improving the shooting score according to correct gun operation, This system proposed the design concepts for the shooter in the whole process of shooting, according to the gun behavioral essentials for real-time detection. Providing data reference for improving the gun operation by Real-time feedback to the participants with the detected data; embodying the keynote of auxiliary training function of the system.This system is composed of simulated training equipment, PC software system and photoelectric sensor target. The simulation training equipment is the subject of the light weapons auxiliary training system, with modularized design approach, in the internal cavity of the equipment synthesized with a series of hardware control modules,composing data detection hardware system; using pulsed semiconductor laser simulate target shooting; designing recoil simulator to apply point formula working principle of the electromagnet; using the C programming language to realize system control functions of lower computer software system.PC software(shooting grading assessment system) realized by using C# language. Via USB serial port to upload data parameters by the data receiving subsystem and target coordinates data of photoelectric sensor target, programming analog report target function, simulate display the target ring number and the target coordinates, achieve the goal of real-time statistical analysis for the shooting results, complete the function of shooting grading comprehensive assessment.This study designed the QBZ-95 auxiliary training system, greatly increased the degree of automation fire training, saving training resources, can get a good effect simulated shooting auxiliary training. |
