In modern local wars,light weapons occupy an important position in weapons and equipment.As an essential basic subject in daily training of troops,the practice of shooting with light weapons should not be ignored.In the training of live firing,the target is usually fixed,which leads to a relatively simple practice,and the training model lags behind the actual operational requirements.In order to realize the goal of the new age of weaponary advancing army modernization and make the daily training close to the actual combat shooting exercise,it is of great significance and practical value to carry out the research and design of the target training device on the basis of summarizing the existing products.First of all,aiming at the specific examination subject requirements of shooting training,this thesis designs the structure scheme of the target.According to the actual application environment of the live target training machine,the concrete force and motion characteristics of the moving process of the target rod under different working conditions are analyzed in detail.The mechanical calculation and motion equation are used to determine the effect of the designed mechanism parameters on the movement of the target rod,so as to ensure that the target training machine can meet the requirements of rapid target display for shooting training and fulfill the requirements of hidden target motion.Secondly,the main body of the target machine is divided into three parts: the quick-lift mechanism,the unidirectional transmission mechanism and the fixed locking.According to the characteristics of the action of the mechanism,the selection and calculation of related parameters are carried out,and the different influencing factors are analyzed.The dynamic simulation of its position parameters and output effect are carried out by using ADAMS software,which verified the rationality of the structure design.Finally,the hardware and software of the target training mode control system are designed on the basis of the above mechanism.The hardware design is based on the single chip microcomputer 16F877 A as the core to build the control circuit,including control circuit of motor,magnetic lock and lamp,voltage detection,communication and interaction module design.The software design includes random number generator design,the upper computer program design,the main control program of the target machine,serial communication program,training mode selection program,voltage acquisition program and lighting brightness adjustment program.The target machine achieves flexible control of the shooting training target,making its movement mode closer to the random changes in actual combat.
