Screw filling pile is a kind of "upper for cylindrical, lower for the screw type" composite pile, it is a new pile type, compared with the traditional screw pile and the whole spiral pile, with short time, high efficiency, small settlement, the seismic performance is good, not earth, not discharge plasma, no pollution, wide scope of application, the advantages of the good soil suitability. In addition, compared with other types of pile, the construction cost and the bearing capacity have obvious advantages. But the current research status of screw pile is not very optimistic, there is only a few provinces developed its corresponding specification, therefore, screw pile in practical engineering applications are often faced with the plight of there.In view of the research status of screw piles, screw pile are introduced in detail in this paper the characteristics of pile type, construction machinery and technology, the analysis compares the screw pile relative to the advantage of ordinary cast-in-situ piles, analyses the force mechanism of screw pile, screw part of the load transfer characteristics, the influence factors of end resistance and side friction. Introduces several kinds of existing single pile bearing capacity calculation method, and introduces two kinds of specification. In this paper, on the basis of test pile in concrete engineering experiment, using two kinds of existing local codes to calculate the test pile ultimate bearing capacity, and compares the actual data analysis. At the same time, using ANSYS finite element software to simulate the loading process of test pile test, and then compared with actual engineering data and the theoretical calculation results, the software simulation results and experimental data have good consistency. Based on the specific project as the background, this paper use the ANSYS software to simulate different pile type parameters, screw piles of single pile bearing capacity and the change of the stress distribution. By comparing the results under various working conditions, find out the optimum parameters of pile type.
