The developent of pile foundation is used for a long time and the new pile type is emerging,such as the long screw drill and pour pile,prestressed pipe pile,cement soil pile,screwed pile,half-screwed pile.The half-screwed pile is a new pile with a changed cross-section,which has straight shot to the upper and screw-type to the lower.Compared to the ordinary pile,the half-screwed pile has many advantages,including the fast construction speed,low cost,high carrying capacity,and no environmental pollution.However,related calculation theory of the half-screwed pile is falling behind the practical engineering,which has severely restricted its applications and development in engineering practical.Based on the previous research,this paper analyzes the bearing characterwastics of the half-screwed pile by means of finite element simulation software,which was based on the theoretical analyswas and the actual project in Henan Province.The main research work was as follows:(1)The development of pile foundation was summarized.In this paper,the development,research status and a series of problems in the construction of the half-screwed pile were briefly introduced.And the advantages of the half-screwed pile compared with other types of pile were summarized from different angles.(2)The general rule of pile load transfer and the transfer characterwastics of the half-screwed pile load were analyzed,and the method of determining the ultimate bearing capacity of single pile was summarized.The calculation formula of the ultimate bearing capacity of single pile of screw pile was deduced by the theory of pile-soil failure.The simplified calculation method of the actual engineering and the commonly used screw pile bearing capacity was compared and analyzed.(3)The static load test was carried out in the background of the half-screwed pile used in Sanmenxia City,Henan Province.The experimental data were analyzed and analyzed.The bearing capacity of the single pile was compared with the theoretical calculation.It was proved that the half-screwed pile has high bearing capacity.Finally,the integrity of the pile was tested by the low strain detection work of the test pile to ensure the normal use of the half-screwed pile.(4)Based on the finite element simulation software ABAQUS,the simulation test was carried out on the pile of the project,and compared with the actual test data.Taking the engineering test pile as an example,the ABAQUS software was used to simulate the change of the bearing capacity and stress dwastribution of the single pile under different pile parameters.Through the comparative analyswas,find out the most suitable for the project of the half-screwed pile parameters,which provides reference for similar projects in the silt area in Henan.
