| In oil, coal and other limited resources increasingly tense situation, the use of energy storage technology not only ease the pressure on the power grid can also peak load shifting and save energy. Compressed air energy storage(CAES) system is the best choice to resolve problems in the large-scale new energy development and utilization, because it has many advantages such as lower building restrictions, environmental friendly, higher overall efficiency.This study based on the foundation of national grid " 500 kw non-afterburning CAES power generation demonstration projects " to do some related research. The project is the world’s first completely out of the afterburning system compressed air energy storage power station.Currently, most of the compressed air energy storage technology is studied from the energy point of view, but from a relatively small study control.Regenerative heat recovery system efficiency is the key to enhance the CAES system conversion efficiency.This study caught the CAES system conversion efficiency as the main contradictions.Research on regenerative system control strategy and practical application.The main research content summary is as follows:(1) In order to facilitate control study,using the system identification method for heat exchanger modeling analysis. Using the method of least squares to analysis the data of step response and calculating the mathematical model of heat exchanger.(2)Integrated the advantages of conventional control and fuzzy control.Using MATLAB fuzzy logic control box to design fuzzy PID controller and using SIMULINK to simulate heat recovery system. The results show that the fuzzy PID control is more precise than the conventional control, and it can meet the control requirements of regenerative system.(3) The design of PLC hardware system. Design the fuzzy control program of with hollysysLK202 controller. Control the signal acquisition and heat recovery system.(4) The central monitoring system is designed by kingview, and the site control interface is designed by MCGS touch-screen.Finally, through the research summary, and puts forward the idea of the more optimization control. This study provides a theoretical basis and technical reference to the CAES system research. |
