Low-frequency noise is a physical phenomenon existing in the electronic devices and analog circuit, and it is the external performance of micro electronic carrier movement, the precise measurement of low-frequency noise would lay the foundation for electronic devices and the noise characteristics of analog circuits, the mechanism analysis of production, the reliability characterization and its application. As a result, the low-frequency noise can be used as a sensitive tool to describe analog circuit features, used for the management of various analog circuits, Characterization of reliability and the fault diagnosis of analog circuits, at the same time can promote the exploration of the physical source of noise phenomenon and the development of the relevant theory of carrier transport. The object of this dissertation is inverter, through the study of low-frequency noise source inverter, characteristics and form of expression, the emphasis was on the measurement techniques and system of low-frequency noise of inverter. On this basis to develop characterization method of analog circuit based on noise, which is applied to optimization design of the inverter and other analog circuit, process control, quality evaluation and reliability screening, etc.This paper proposes a design scheme of low frequency inverter electrical noise measurement system. The main research contents include the following aspects:The characteristics of the inverter low-frequency noise and the model is established; The study of noise measurement method and techniques of inverter; Design the low-frequency noise measurement system of inverter, including hardware platform and software platform, hardware platform contains 50 Hz-trap filter, low noise amplifier, data acquisition module and shielding device four parts, the software platform is a display and control system based on NI virtual instrument software Lab VIEW; Applicating the low-frequency noise measurement system to test and analyze the low frequency noise of IT1000- PRO type inverter of SANTAK company, further study of the noise generating mechanism and model of the inverter, validating the applications of low frequency noise in the reliability characterization of inverter. The main innovation points of this paper are as follows: A measurement method of low-frequency noise for inverter and novel measurement system are introduced. The above research contents and results would lay the foundation for the further explore of the noise measurement techniques and application of analog circuit.
