This paper introduced the 1/f noise in the study of the reliability of DC-DCconverter. This paper improved the measurement technique of 1/f noise of DC-DCconverter, designed the new measurement method and got a better conclusion.This paper designed the low-pass filter for the measurement circuit and filtered theinterference signal. It is found that the new measurement conclusion can be used toanalyze the reliability of DC-DC converter.Through measured the 1/f noise of DC-DC converter and analyzed the change ofsome basic electronic parameters and 1/f noise between pre- and post- the irradiation, itis found that some of the 1/f noise parameter are more sensitive to the irradiationdamage of DC-DC converter, it is found the 1/f noise method can become a promisingtool to evaluate the damage level of DC-DC converters. The paper also analyzed thefailure circuit mode after irradiation, discussed the reason of DC-DC convert'sirradiation damages, it is found that the change of 1/f noise parameter and electronicparameters can both found the same source in the circuit.
