With the rapid development of civil aviation transport, the demand for pilots is also greatly increased, while the amount of flight training is also greatly increased. This indirectly increases the security risk of flight training. Excellent pilots not only need the theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability of the aircraft, but also need the psychological quality for the flight work, all which are mainly obtained through flight training. If we can monitor the physiological signal of the pilot at any time during the flight, can we discover the abnormity in time and ensure the safety of the flight. The purpose of flight quality monitoring is to evaluate the quality of the pilot’s flight control, find out the hidden dangers and ensure flight safety, which through monitoring and scientific analysis of flight parameters obtained during the operation of the aircraft. Therefore, it has important implications for monitoring and ensuring flight safety when the pilot’s physiological signal data and flight data are combined for evaluating the flight quality of the pilot.In this paper, we established the evaluation index model of flight quality after analyzing a large number of documents and processing of the simulated flight and real flight experimental data, and then combined with the fuzzy logic theory to establish a pilot flying quality evaluation model, finally, the model was used to evaluate the flight quality of the final approach segment of the airfield traffic pattern. The main feature of this model is that the physiological signal data and flight parameters both were used to evaluate the flight quality. The evaluation results FQS (Flight Quality Score) and flight instructor training results were compared to verify the availability of the model.This paper studied the problem of how to put the student pilots’ physiological signal data into flight qualities evaluation, and then established a pilot flight quality evaluation model based on fuzzy logic, which all were belong to the theoretically explored of the research on flight quality evaluation with physiological signal data and flight parameters...
