With the advancement of architectural industrialization, the application of prefabricated steel structure in multi-high story residence has been used increasingly, promoting the development and progress of the green wall materials. However, we lack superior performance products,safe and reliable connection, matched design standards and in the interior and external wallboard of steel structure residence in china.Therefore, we need to research anew type of interior and external wallboard with light weight, high strength, energy conservation and environmental protection,high prefabrication. The flexural and shear behavior of composie walls was studied by test and finite element method.The main research has been done as follows:(1) The flexural performance of 3 vitrified microsphere foamed concrete (VMFC) sandwich interior composite walls and 4 steel-grid vitrified microsphere foamed concrete (SMFC) sandwich external composite walls were tested. The fracture distribution, failure modes, flexural capacity and load-deflection curves of these sandwich composite walls were studied.(2) The flexural performance of 2 light-gauge steel grouting foamed concrete (LSGP) composite walls were tested. The fracture distribution, failure modes, flexural capacity and load-deflection curves of LSGP composite walls were studied.(3) The flexural finite element modeling of LSGP composite walls were made by ABAQUS software. The calculation results were compared with the test results. The accuracy of the FE analysis method was verified. The effect of steel yield strength,cement fiberboard thickness, panel species and foamed concrete strength on flexural behavior of LSGP composite walls were studied.(4) The shear finite element modeling of LSGP composite walls was made by ABAQUS software. The contribution of foamed concrete on shear capacity and lateral stiffness of LSGP composite walls were studied. The effect of steel yield strength, cement fiberboard thickness, panel species and foamed concrete strength on shear capacity and lateral stiffness of LSGP composite walls were studied.
