According to the feedback information from the company producing the packaging materials, the hazardous substances in composite plastic materials for food packaing are overproof. Especially the OPP/INK/AD/VMPET/AD/CPP, arousing the people’s attention. This paper studies the hazardous substances in OPP/INK/AD/VMPET/AD/CPP, and analysises the quantitative of hazardous substances. From the migration of hazardous substances in the materials, this paper is aim to establish the method to solve the problem and provide parameter basis for food packaing safety regulations.Fistly, this paper establishes a fast and effective method of hazardous substances in composite plastic materials by GC-MS.According to the results, this paper chooses the Carbethoxymethyl ethyl phthalate as the target and uses solid phase micro extraction-gas chromatography mass spectrometry (SPME-GC-MS), Ultrasonic and Soxhlet to exteracted the target. The experiment result illustrates that Ultrasonic is used for the qualitative and the quantitative of hazardous. SPME-GC-MS is used for the qualitative of hazardous substances.Secondly, compared four kinds of solvents (n-hexane, dichloromethane, acetone, methanol and ethyl acetate) by Ultrasonic extraction, the experiment result illustrates that n-hexane can extract the amout of substances, dichloromethane can extract the highest volume of substances.Thirdly, according to the production technology, this paper analysises the hazardous substances in the OPP, OPP/INK, OPP/INK/AD/VMPET/, OPP/INK/AD/VMPET/AD/CPP and finds the their sources. Carbethoxymethyl ethyl phthalate comes from OPP/INK/AD/VMPET, relative amount reaches 70%, it comes from dry type compound technology. Butyl acetate and Isoamylacetate come from ink. The amount of Carbethoxymethyl ethyl phthalate is 38.74mg/kg. The amount of Butyl acetate is 20.54mg/kg. he amount of Isoamyl acetate is 17.13 mg/kg.OPP/INK, OPP/INK, OPP/INK are packed in the PE materials for 7 days. The aount of Butyl acetate reduces from 51.6 mg/kg to 20.1 mg/kg.Studied on the migration of Carbethoxymethyl ethyl phthalate into three foods stimulants, including 10%,50% ethanol and n-hexane under different temperature (40℃ and 60 ℃) and time (2、4、6、8、12、24、36、72、96、240h).The migration of Carbethoxymethyl ethyl phthalate has obvious effects to simulation as the changes of temperature. First, the rate of migration was fast, then slow fradually, finally it reaches the balance.Finaly, kinds of representative composite plastic packagings and contents were selected to be detected and analyzed.The results show that the packagings and food are detected with PAES, DEHP which was used in the packaing.The amount of DEHP is 2.87 mg/kg,11.49 mg/kg,9.86mg/kg. They exceed the national limit. The content are tested 6 PAES, the amount of DEHP are 28.45mg/kg,29.43 mg/kg,28.32 mg/kg. They exceed the national limit 1.5 mg/kg.
