This paper is occured in this background, and bring forward to the study of integrated monitoring system on hazardous chemical materials transportation.This paper bring forward to the study of integrated monitoring system on hazardous chemical materials transportation, which aims at liquefied petroleum gas.By checking the hazardous chemical materials by sensor to realize the check of link of hazardous chemical materials,the burning of the hazardous chemical materials,and the dumpage of the conveyance.and then use serial interface to transfer the parameter that checked in slave computer to master computer in the conveyance.And then the GPRS module in the master computer can send the parameter to monitor center.thus the system realizes the realtime monitor to the convey of hazardous chemical materials.First the function requirement of the system is bring forward to be discussed. and then the total framework comes into being. then emphasize the hareware design and the software design of the system.in hardware design,discuss the chip of ATmega128 and its extend circuit,also discuss the sensor of temperature,obliquity,the thickness of hazardous chemical materials leakage.GPS module is also discussed ,and then 12864LCD screen module ,alarm module.in software design,mainly realize the check of information from sensor.the drive and display of LCD screen, the communication useing serial interface ,and net Socket programming using GPRS module.The system provide upstanding consult to the transpotation of hazardous chemical materials, having practical meaning.
