With the natural environment condition becomes worse, the greenhouse effect becomes aggravation. The natural working fluid CO2 begins to apply in various refrigeration systems. The energy saving and optimization of CO2 refrigeration system becomes an important issue that urgently to be solved.At the same time, there are many low temperature water source that can be utilized as the low temperature heat source, such as the domestic waste water, fresh water and rain,etc., the advantages of these low temperature water source is large capacity, easily obtain and utilize, directly discharge will cause amount of heat loss. Take these low temperature water sources in CO2 transcritical water to water heat pump system in order to make the energy of low temperature water source a full use. Theoretical and experimental are studied on the performance of CO2 heat pump system influenced by the low temperature water source parameter in this paper.(1)The feasibility and necessity of CO2 low temperature water source heat pump applied in the native place is studied in this paper by practical investigation and illustration on energy, economy and environment. The results prove the development necessity of CO2 heat pump, and provide a theoretical support for the experimental test conducts later.(2)The law of conservation of energy is used to analyze the thermodynamic model of performance parameter of CO2 transcritical heat pump system. EES software combines the control variable method is used to analyze the system parameter and obtain the relationship of system coefficient of performance with the parameters(hot water flow, low temperature heat source flow, evaporation temperature, etc.). Adjusting various parameters in the process of actual balance, which can make the system to achieve optimal performance.(3)It is concluded that the influence of various parameters on system performance by regulating the flow rate, temperature of low temperature heat source and the evaporating temperature. Compare the experimental data with the simulation value and put forward the applicability of the correlation, and give out a guiding suggestion on applicability of CO2 air and water source heat pump. The efficient of CO2 transcritical heat pump can be maximization by optimizing the low temperature water source parameter, at the same time,providing a theoretical foundation of CO2 transcritical water to water heat pump system.
