With the rapid development of the technology of combustible ice using,there is higher and higherdemand on its store and storage,and it also reached new heights on exploring the performance of environment storing combustible ice. So, people has been on the research agenda on exploring the space of cold storage environment on combustible ice, a growing number of research institutes and universities has carried out this kind of topic. For the study of low temperature environment storing combustible ice, the most effective way is to build laboratory at low temperature, for the higher requirementsexperimental condition of low temperature environmental laboratory, two-stage compression system becomes theeffective guarantee and provides a good foundation for cryogenic lab.Low temperature environmental laboratory is divided into cryogenic environment laboratory, environmental laboratory at low temperature and constant temperature environmental laboratory, respectively, using the two stage compression refrigeration system and single stage compression refrigeration system, cryogenic environment laboratory can study the performance of combustible ice.Through the theoretical research and engineering practice, this articleresearches and development and explores the performance of low temperature environmental laboratory storing the combustible ice. Cycle steam compression type theory is used on this project of refrigeration, the refrigeration system is divided into three parts, the first is applied to constant temperature laboratory with single stage compression refrigeration system; the second is applied to cryogenic laboratory with two-stage compression refrigeration system; the third is applied to environmental laboratory at low temperature with single stage compression refrigeration. Constant temperature laboratory with single stage compression refrigeration system use R134 a, cryogenic lab and low-temperature laboratory with two-stage and single stage compression refrigeration system use R404 A. According to the design condition calculated three laboratories cooling load and got the relevant parameters of the compressor, condenser and chiller design conditions according to selection on design condition.There are three laboratories set up and do the experiment respectively, so that the temperatures of three laboratories reduce from ambient temperatures to their design temperatures and record the relevant parameters of the refrigeration unit in the laboratory with different temperatures, experimental data obtained the dischargetemperature of refrigeration system compressor, the evaporation temperature, COP, cooling capacity, compressor power and other parameters of the curves at different temperatures of the laboratory, laboratory records the required time from ambient temperature to the design temperature and tested return air temperature field of the three laboratories. Meanwhile, author also established a theoretical model to analyze on the three laboratory refrigeration system on the cooling system in the laboratory under different conditions of different temperature,and compared the theoretical and experimental results verified the accuracy of theoretical models.The results showed that the cooling system under test conditions,Related parameters are obtained,such as Cooling capacity, compressor power consumption, COP, evaporation temperature, evaporation pressure, condensation temperature, condensation pressure.The refrigeration system works stably, and the system performance of the constant temperature laboratory is quite consistent with the compressor performance provided by the compressor manufacturer.At low temperature in laboratory and super cooling capacity at low temperature in laboratory, compressor power consumption and cop below the compressor manufacturers provide theoretical parameters, and further illustrates the compressor manufacturers compressor theoretical argument for the existence of normal deviation. External cooling fan provides good laboratory environment, it has obvious advantages on airflow, temperature distribution, lower noise and reducing laboratory personnel hair feeling and so on. According to the actual situation, low-temperature laboratory experiments uses two-stage system, ultra-low-temperature laboratory used cascade system would be better. Improving the accuracy of indoor temperature field, we need a refrigeration system frequency, and throttle mechanism uses electronic expansion valve.
