With the intensity of energy environment and the problem of pollution, the developing of renewable energy has no time to delay. The analyzing of battery data makes pretty progress with the help of Bigdata technology. With the coming of stage of Bigdata, the amount of data becomes larger and larger. The traditional technology of data analyze does never work on such large amount of data. On the other side, combining the variable type of data is a rather import mission.This paper shows a data platform base on Python and its related open source library. The offline data analyzing platform base on Python and the Pandas library which improves the efficiency of processing and combining the data. I build a common process of analyzing data With the help of the Pandas and some related tools. This paper takes some examples of them. The online feedback charging control system offers a more complicated method to control the charging process which can not only charge with a certain work status but else control the current with relate to the status of the battery with certain feedback algorithm function written in Python. The platform has several logic layer in a developing view which simplify the work to extend the function of it. It use the IT technology to make it possible to interactive with user by browser remotely which takes fully consideration of the informatization of lab..
