On May 29,2012,the China’s high-speed train technology proposed in science and technology of the high-speed trains innovation international forum will get the progressive realization of "pedigree,intelligent,green"these three goals in the 12th five years plan.In order to meet the diverse needs of high-speed trains for the rapid order,the state proposed to build a high-speed train design and manufacture of integrated platform.To solve the parametric design and verification technology for high speed train lineage of bogie,there are lineage of CAD/CAE integrated analysis of the study about EMU bogie in this paper,and building a pedigree of the bogie parametric CAD systems and CAE analysis process automation system.Based on modular technology,parametric technology and process analysis technology,using the automation object programming(V5 Automation) in Visual Basic programming environment software platform of CATIA technology,a lineage of EMU bogie parametric modeling system is developed;Using the finite element mesh technology and tree of process technology to develop a genealogy of bogie CAE analysis system at Tcl/Tk programming environment and Hypermesh software platforms.Based on CATIA parametric modeling system can not only effectively reduce the bogie design error by human,improve design quality and efficiency.and to provide follow-up CAE geometry model system for the analysis.Based Hypermesh of CAE analysis system they can guide the analysis process of analysts,and embed the analyze experience of existing product in the process for standardization and normalization,and automate tedious repetitive operations and reduce labor intensity of analysis,thereby reducing human error and improve steering efficiency and quality of the frame CAE analysis.Through analysis of existing all types CRH EMU bogie structure,parametric modeling system used Dassault’s CATIA V5R20 mechanical design software for the operating platform,using Visual Basic development environment for secondary development.On the basis of template parameters on the relationship,we established with a simple Windows-style,process clear interactive interface.Users only need to enter the dimensions of the various components,they can be generated and automated assembly. Based on the study comparing various types of API interface,I use the way of application Automation to develop a parametric modeling system. In CAE analysis system, according to the structural characteristics of the bogie,summed up the meshing and strength analysis processes for bogie,developed automated analysis process tree by Tcl/tk,Altair Process Manager,Process Studio,Hypermesh’s built-in features and functions.To illustrate the function of the system,in the last of article,a CRH2 bogies geometry model is created.The model by introducing process automation CAE pre-processing analysis system to determine the loading condition in accordance with UIC615-4 and EN13749 standard,finite element model of geometric model can be quickly obtained,and also static strength of the model, modal and fatigue strength can be quickly checked.The obtained finite element model can also be used at other CAE analysis.
