In view of the development trend of market demand of high-speed train's bogie is rapid,large-scale and customized,in order to slove the enterprise how to make design and production of product more rapid,efficient and low-cost to meet customer requirements,and as far as possible to make full use of the existing resources of enterprise,thus the parametric product platform for typical components of bogie is one of the core technologies.With the actual project and enterprise demands,the thesis studied the construction and application method of parametric product platform for typical components of bogie.The thesis mainly includes the following contents:(1)This thesis describes the analysis and mapping method of requirements for the parametric product platform.Based on Kano model the acquisition and classification of customer requirements is put forward,the importance analysis model of requirements is established,using AHP to calculate the importance of requirements.Through the house of quality between customer requirements and technical indexs,mapping to determine the importance of product technical indexs,and achieving the requirements analysis and mapping for parametric product platform.(2)The construction method of the parametric product platform for typical components of bogie is put forward.The related concept and definition of the parametric product platform are defined,the method of design parameters partition of the parametric product platform based on the regression analysis are applied and improved.The hierarchical clustering method is used to plan the platform parameters,the theory of Series of Preferred Numbers is applied to plan the adjustable parameters,and the evaluation method of parametric product platform is given.Take the typical components of the bogie—brake equipments and wheelsets as cases to verify the feasibility.(3)The rapid design method of bogie based on parametric product platform is studied.Based on parametric product platform,the analysis of design process of bogie is proposed,and the configuration design of bogie based on parametric product platform is adopted,a parametric variant design model based on template and knowledge and CATIA CAA technology is proposed to realize the variant design based on parametric product platform.(4)Based on the above theoretical method,a prototype system of rapid design of bogie based on parametric product platform is developed.Through the example of system operation,the feasibility and practical value of the construction and application of parametric product platform of typical components of bogie are demonstrated.Through the research of parametric product platform construction and application for typical components of bogie,the prototype system is developed by combining the project with applying the theory and method of the research,so as to realize the rapid mass customization design of the bogie.
