The world’s growing shortage of fossil energy and worsening greenhouse effect caused by large-scale use of fossil fuels led the world continue to actively exploit and use new energy technologies. Represented by the distributed photovoltaic(PV) distributed generation technologies have been developing rapidly, large-scale distributed PV power began to access distribution network, but also a certain impact on the operation and management of the distribution network. Distributed PV grid-connected system plays an important role in the process of connecting the inverter and the distribution network, this paper studies the communication access problem and island issue for a large number of distributed PV grid-run, using wireless communication technology to solve these problems. This research main research contents and results of the work are as follows:(1) By collecting reading literature and in-depth understanding of the background and significance of research, Starting with Principle of distributed photovoltaic grid connected system, this paper introduces the structure and function of the grid system, and analyze the impact of the distribution network structure and network of distributed generation after; Summary of the distributed power grid standards, the development of communication network technology for distribution and existing distributed power islanding detection method.(2) Analysis of distribution networks containing distributed power business needs, combined with business needs summed up the performance requirements of the distribution communications network, whereby proposed TD-LTE Wireless Electric Power Communication Network program to meet the requirements to address a large number of distributed power grid communication access issues.(3) Combined with the advantages and disadvantages of existing islanding detection, this paper proposes two islanding detection methods, two methods mutual backup, are based on distributed power and network interface device. One method using adaptive load anti-islanding scheme, namely the use of automatic switching loads, change the characteristics of the overall load, making the passive anti-islanding no dead zone. And the use of the program PSCAD simulation to verify the usefulness of the program. Method two islanding detection method for TD-LTE wireless private electricity network This article is designed based on the line by key switch node state distribution network subscription islanding detection methods to achieve adaptive power network topology.(4) Briefly distributed generation and network interface device design ideas, including hardware design, software architecture design.
