Based on the photovoltaic battery grid excess energy storage is one of the important work of photovoltaic power generation. But the battery is not for photovoltaic system design, charging control mode is not reasonable not only easy to damage to the system of the energy storage unit and will greatly reduce the efficiency of the system. According to the operation characteristics of PV system of a photovoltaic system for charging control strategy can effectively improve the operation efficiency of the photovoltaic system.Firstly, for photovoltaic systems currently used maximum power point tracking algorithm analysis, on this basis, we propose a composite of the maximum power point tracking algorithm. Firstly, a solar cell fitted by numerical calculation method for determining the function extremum output characteristic curve, curve fitting based on the re-tracking MPP point by optimal gradient method, greatly improving the tracking performance of the system and efficiency. Meanwhile, in the conventional three-stage charge control algorithm based on the characteristics of the photovoltaic system for the MPPT algorithm integrated into the charging stage charge control algorithm being proposed modified 6-stage charge control algorithm. This algorithm not only makes full use of the energy output of solar cells, but also more suitable for storage battery charging characteristics of PV systems can effectively improve battery charging efficiency and battery life.Based on the improved battery charging control algorithms, the control system hardware and software have been designed. On the hardware side, the choice of DSP TMS320F2812 as the control chip, completed the DC/DC converter circuit, DSP peripheral circuit, sampling circuit, driver circuit, LED display circuit design. On the software side, the completion of the corresponding algorithm flow control program, including the main program, MPPT routine, charging control subroutine design,A/D sampling algorithm subroutine, jamming program implemented based MPPT battery charging control algorithm high efficiency operation.
