| For the design method of building mechanical and electrical pipelines, the traditional design is easy to master, to facilitate drawings, and has a high efficiency, but compared to 3D collaborative design, the designers of traditional design doesn’t coordinate until the whole system has been designed, it will aslo lead to the following questions:2 D drawings have problems of fuzzy formation, coordination difficulties, limited quantity, and low efficiency; the designers doesn’t understand the overall design concept, and can’t make the right decision when the electromechanical pipelines collision occurs;.The cause of this result is that the design standard is not unified by the designers, the design based on the independent space, the coordination between the way as a single, the designer can not grasp the overall design of rule by the designers and the correlation between the design results, it is thus clear that, the planning work before design is extremely important to reduce the collision of electromechanical pipelines.Due to the waste of design data, new projects repeat previously encountered trouble, therefore the design of the data collection and analysis is a very important work. From the data analysis we can find the law of collision between all design results and recognize the relevance between different professional designs. The visual representation of collision itself is the collision of objects and objects, the root of the collision is, in fact, the different design concept of collision between the designers.This article embarks from the mechanical and electrical equipment of the professional pipeline collision itself, counted the data of collision between the professional pipeline equipment, and then classified the collision data by using factor analysis method, at the same time,got the correlation between samples of collision index. Factor analysis to dig out can represent the arrangement rule of the collision munbers in different professions and areas, then analyze the form of collision from all kinds of arrangement rule (common factor), and the collision forms of the biggest probability is that we need to study mainly. According to these biggest probability collision forms, and take the corresponding optimization scheme which is based on the design concept, and it is a reference before the designers make a design.Collaborative design based on BIM can be used to optimize scheme of the concept, changed these concepts to instructions which can avoid collisions with each other before design and the designing, and guided the designers how to most definitely avoid collisions. The establishment of BIM collaborative design standards must rely on the collision data support, making the design criteria more convincing, respect for the actual collision of the facts.The 3D model which is established based on BIM collaborative design has the advantages of visual optimization and coordination, the design concepts of the scheme can be changed to the corresponding commands in collaborative design, to set up a cooperative optimization process for different forms of collision, the content including the designers’ understanding of the design concepts and the distribution of the design work before design, and change the collision solution in defferent cases into design instruction stream, the designer according to the design instruction stream, can quickly select the optimal collision avoidance scheme when make a design on 3 d collaborative design platform, and first time to modify this professional plan which can avoid the embarrassment and difficulty of changing figure after the design. |
