As a traditional industry,the construction industry is an important material production sector of the national economy,which is closely related to the development of the national economy and the improvement of people’s life.Since the 12 th Five Year Plan period,the country has begun to reform the economic system,and the real estate industry has begun to cool down under the effect of the corresponding control system.With the rapid expansion of real estate supporting,the construction industry has been greatly affected,and the mechanical and electrical installation industry,as a market segment of the construction industry,has also been greatly impacted.In order to maintain the market share,the relevant enterprises have continued to develop,The market competition is becoming more and more fierce.In order to increase the business volume,some enterprises do not hesitate to reduce the price by reducing the work and quality in the bidding process.These market competition methods reduce the profit margin of the industry sharply,and increase the construction quality and risk.In the face of such changes in the industry,more enterprises can not rely on the dividend of the rapid development of the market to survive.They only consider the development of the company from the perspective of a single business,but need to re plan the development strategy of enterprises in the new stage from the overall strategic layout under the current market situation.Based on the current situation and future trend of China’s mechanical and electrical installation industry,this paper analyzes the external development environment of the mechanical and electrical installation industry represented by AD mechanical and electrical engineering company by using PEST analysis and five forces analysis,analyzes the internal resource capacity of ad mechanical and electrical engineering company,and analyzes the existing advantages and disadvantages of AD mechanical and electrical engineering company by using SWOT model Weaknesses,threats and opportunities are explained in a structured way.Using the above analysis method,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the industry environment,market situation,internal resources and capabilities of AD mechanical and electrical engineering company,and uses SWOT model to give the overall development strategy of AD mechanical and electrical engineering company on how to build the service of mechanical and electrical equipment in the whole life cycle and how to realize integration,as well as how to pass the integration strategy,differentiation strategy,integration strategy,and so on The implementation of brand strategy and marketing strategy ensures that the strategic planning can be carried out smoothly and achieve the established goals of the enterprise.
