With the development of the times and the progress of technology, architectural design and engineers are trying to seek economic and efficient spatial structure. Compared to masonry vault, reticulated shell structure and the thin film structure, reciprocal frame structure as a kind of large space structures, can through the short component between the mutual bearing and self overlap to form a complex space form, so it has been the attention of many researchers.In the research process of the formation of the structure of the mutual support, the researchers usually explore the possibility of the structure form of the mutual support through the production of the manual model or the simulation of the computer aided tools. Compared with the limited manual model design, computer program simulation can be more effective in the development of the spatial form of the structure under the rule of the mutual support structure. Existing reciprocal frame structure parameters of the study mainly aims at is mutual bearing structure of the basic unit of the logic of space geometry, and parametric simulation process emphatically in the one-dimensional or two-dimensional mutual bearing the form of space truss is simulated. For 3D cross bearing structure in the form of parametric study is still lacking.Generally speaking, the formation of the reciprocal frame structure is generated according to the two basic generating logic. One is from top to bottom (Top-Down) of the network analysis, that is, the pre set of space network or three-dimensional surface into the structure of the way. The other is from the bottom up (Bottom-Up) of the structure of the structure, from the basic structure unit or unit combination, in the set of rules developed under the complex space form. Designers because of their control of the space shape needs, often choose to use top-down surface transformation to achieve the form of two-dimensional structure of the formation of the structure. And from the bottom and upper 3D cross bearing structure form of also only stay in the level of hand model design, with the help of computer simulation tools to achieve three-dimensional mutual bearing structure form remains to be further discussion.The research in this paper is based on the above classification, which can be defined as the parametric form generation of the three dimensional structure of the column supported on the top of the column. Finally, to further explore the some complex 3D cross bearing structure parameter of the form of logic.As a preliminary exploration, this paper mainly focuses on the simulation of the formation of the structure of the mutual support, and does not involve the study of the structure and performance of the node.
