An airborne ultra-short wave transceiver is generally composed by transceiver, control-box and antenna, and connected by cable. The control-box is in charge of the working status of transceiver, as well as display and indicate the information of it, as an important part of the entire equipment.Aiming at training aircrafts,this thesis uses ultra-short wave dual radio system control-box as the main object of study, on the basis of in-depth analysis of the domestic and foreign existing technology, design a dual radio system control-box, to simplify the complexity of operation and processing time. It comprises requirement analysis, conceptual design, program implementation, test data, and design summary. Through the lectotype of singlechip which is the core part of the control box and corresponding design of the hardware and software, to achieve the dual control function for dual radio system. The main content is as following:1. According to the military standards of airborne ultra-short wave transceiver, and the various functional requirements of transceiver, to ascertain the functions that the control-box needs to contain. Mainly to achieve: independent control of the local volume without interference; When controlling different transceivers, the respective operation does not affect each other; adjust, when one transceiver is being controlled, the information needs to be displayed on the another control-box through simultaneous techniques, implements information transparency and sharing.2. In the part of hardware design, after rational planning, a control-box can be divided into three parts, which are control-panel, display board and control function board. Control-panel mainly provides operation interface; display board completes the instruction transmission from the control panel, and the information displayed by control function board. As the core part of control-box, control function board achieves channel regulation, frequency regulation and data transmission through the running of software modules programs, which are installed in AVR single chip microcomputer.3. The software aspect is divided into four units: keyboard management module, data management module, display management module and interface management module. Control-box will achieve its functions through the running of these software.4. Breakthrough to the essential technology: in addition to the functions of a single radio system control-box, a dual radio system control-box is also required to realize the control of another radio system, to achieve command two radio system by one control-box, as the mean time, the logical relationship between two control-boxes has to be considered. Therefore, the key technology of this dual radio system control-box design is how two manage the date transmission and logical relationship between four devices.
