The belt conveyors have been extended to the mining, metallurgical, mining and other industries by virtue of its good performance in modern continuous delivery of bulk material. The backstops need to be set up in all the up inclined belt conveyors of angle bigger than 4 degrees, which role is to quickly and effectively prevent abnormal operation of the device, avoid the accidents and ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.Contact of logarithmic spiral line side wedge non-return device as a new type of non-return device, its outstanding advantage is the wedge wedge force is more uniform, the wear degree of wedge is relatively uniform, non-return process is more stable, higher safety, longer service life.Therefore, the wedge type non-return appliance has a great application prospect, but for the wedge design parameters for the non-return performance research is still blank.This paper based on the logarithmic spiral line two of the main design parameters of the proposed alternative needed for the design of the model parameters,using Creo Parametric according to different basic parameters, the Parametric design of multiple wedge model, establish a non-return device simulation model of the rest of the parts, and with the wedge through virtual assembly, interference checking,complete the logarithm spiral linear surface wedge non-return device simulation model is established. At last, ANSYS/ls-dyna software for some of its model of dynamic simulation for the process of non-return, non-return device inverse stop at various points in the process of stress and displacement.Then the multiple logarithmic spiral line side wedge non-return device in the process of non-return stress and displacement of key analysis under the same parameter type, wedge of logarithmic spiral line level, and the change of the contact stress between the inner and outer characteristics. According to the simulation analysis results, different types of basic parameters, study the same parameter type, the comparative analysis of two type surface non-return performance of the wedge non-return device, and the conclusion.The research of non-contact logarithmic spiral lines face wedge non-return device development has important reference value.
