| In the control system with high performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor, the rotor position and speed information need to be detected with high accuracy. The process of using mechanical sensor to detect rotor position and speed information often bring a series of problems such as increasing the cubage, weight and cost, decreasing the reliability, poor adaptability to the environment and so on. The emergence of Permanent magnet synchronous motor sensorless control technology is well to eliminate the adverse effects on the system due to the using of mechanical sensors while still can achieve precise control of permanent magnet synchronous motor.Firstly, the development and control of permanent magnet synchronous motor and its sensorless technology are analyzed and introduced in this paper; then, three kinds of mathematical models of permanent magnet synchronous motor and the three kinds coordinate transformation relation corresponding to the model in common use are derivated. The vector control strategy is introduced.Then,on account of the features of the permanent magnet synchronous motor with reverse convex and the application requirement of wide speed range, this paper set up a current model with the rate of salient pole rate, and this paper proposes a kind of rotor position observer which is model reference adaptive system(MRAS) based on fuzzy PI self-adaptive regulator. The reference model is divided into two models which are wide range of velocity model and extension of the back emf model at low speed, It uses fuzzy PI controller in the observer,and it regulates the coefficient of proportional and integra of PI regulator using fuzzy controller the integration ratio of the PI regulator, so that the PI regulator has a perfect performance in a wide speed range, this method improves the precision of the rotor’s position of Permanent magnet synchronous motor with the observer based on model reference adaptive system.On account of the sensorless system of permanent magnet synchronous motor on the model and method above,using the Matlab/simulation tools, this paper builds a simulation model.Through the simulation experiment and the analysis of simulation results, It demonstrate that the control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on model reference adaptive can achieve more precise control in high speed and low speed.Finally, using the TMS320F2812 DSP control chip, this paper proposed hardware system and software system of the permanent magnet synchronous motor sensorless control system. |
