With the rapid development of Chinese economy, infrastructure is developing quickly. The western development strategy is driving Highway, High-speed railway construction in remote areas. In order to meet the needs of environmental protection and the requirements of line and linear, when Roads and Railway are constructed, the pile of bridge inevitably needs to be set on a high-steep rock slope or other undesirable locations. Normally, the stress and deformation of the pile foundation which built in the bedding rock slope is more complex than the pile foundation in the flat ground, it is not only subject to the upper part of the load, but also subject to slope lateral pressure. So those piles both have bearing and anti-slide effect.Currently, the researches for the stress and deformation of the pile foundation in the bedding rock slope are still little, there is no well-developed theory system. The pile foundation usually have designed base on the theory of the pile in the flat ground. Therefore, studied on the pile foundation of Yelang River Bridge in the bedding rock slope, stress and deformation of the pile foundation are discussed.First of all, understanding and summarizes the classification of the bedding rock slope, the bedding rock slope failure mode and mechanism as well as the stability analysis method; Then, based on the theory of pile foundation which loaded by inclined load in the flat ground, the stress and deformation of the pile foundation in the bedding rock slope is studied, the pile foundation bearing model is established, the load failure mode is analyzed; Finally, the three dimensional numerical model which describing the interaction of piles and soil is built to calculate and analyze the change of the stress and deformation under different load combination. Through this method, the mechanics behavior of pile foundation in the bedding rock slope is revealed. Under the most unfavorable load combinations, the pile length, pile diameter, the structure of the structural plane obliquity, the influence of physical and mechanical parameters on deformation of pile foundation is discussed.
