In the field of treatment of cerebral thrombosis and other diseases targeting the treatment system are gradually emerging and coming into the field of view.The magnetic targeting drug delivery system as a targeted drug delivery system is an important one.In recent years nature has become a hot research.The so-called magnetic targeted drug delivery system, by means of the carrier means is guided by magnetic fields which ligand or antibody drug through the gastrointestinal tract for topical administration.Systemic circulation positioned selectively concentrated in the target tissue.target organ,the target cell or cells within the structure of the delivery system. For the current market most of the guidance magnetic field strength and the magnetic field gradient is inappropriate and can not be evenly distributed in space. After optimization of the magnetic field and before optimization comparing, you can see that optimize the performance of the optimized magnetic field has greatly improved.(5) In the field of the charging circuit hardware design, in order to get better wavy effect, we decided to use IGBT parallel manner, and to use EXB841 driven manner and simulation.(6) Finally we summary the main work.Through this work we verify the feasibility of targeting electromagnetic coil generates a magnetic field.We would like to provide a reference for future research work in this area.
