| This article is based on horizontal issues of universities and business cooperation,which is on the background of the rapid development of the power industry,the calibration and verification of humidity measuring instrument which plays a key role in electrical safety were studied,this article proposes and designs of a high-precision micro-water detector/dew-point meter calibration system, mainly used for calibration and verification of these humidity measuring instrument of humidity/ dew-point in electric power industry.The micro-water meter/dew-point detector calibration system is composed of a dry gas and a surge of moisture entirely saturation mixed with a different flow ratio,configuring the different humidity of the gas on calibrating and verification these instrument like micro-water meter/dew-point detector required to check and testThe saturated moisture of the calibration system is made by the dry gas through a saturation device -sink and a secondary means of saturated-unsaturated chamber. The flow of dry gas and moisture saturation are precisely controlled by the mass flow controller MFC and micro-controller STM32.We transplanted uC/OS-II operating system to MCU to improve the calibration system reliability and meet the real-time and multitask scheduling.The verification system produces the specific moisture of the humidity values indicated by the dew point temperature, compared by a precision humidity meter, corrected by the compensation algorithm.Experimental results show that the calibration system can produce moisture of dew point temperature on range-70-+10℃, it has high-precision, fast response, on-site to meet calibrating a variety of dew-point detectors/micro-water meters.In addition, the the micro-water meter/dew-point detector calibration system but also on the performance and humidity transmitter humidity sensor for verification and calibration.This article combines BP neural network with the classical PID controller used for temperature control in the saturation gas chamber, which is the key components of the micro-water meter/dew-point detector calibration system, the PID controller parameters proportional kp, integral ki, and derivative kd were self-tuning by using BP neural network algorithm, the BP neural network PID control algorithm are programmed using MATLAB language, which achieves self-tuning of the BP neural network PID controller parameters, enabling more accurately control of the temperature of the saturation gas chamber,so that the micro-water meter/dew-point detector calibration system are more stable and accurate. |
