CRH2 high-speed EMU trains irreplaceable for its speed advantage plays an increasingly important role in the rapid development of China railway passenger transportation.the circuit systems guarantee its high-speed and safe operation, and the auxiliary circuits have directly effects on the main circuits working conditions, which is the key to the safe operation of the high-speed bullet trains. The auxiliary converter,an important part of the secondary circuits, is the mainstream power supply mode in domestic and international electric locomotives and high-speed trains.This paper introduces the CRH2 EMU history, current development aid converter and its works principles.it constitutes part and role for the corresponding theoretical explanation and mathematical are derived. At the same time an overview of the development and the advantages of the AC drive system, CRH2 EMU auxiliary converter configuration, and described the composition principle CRH2 EMU auxiliary converters, introduces the IGBT control, four-quadrant pulse rectifier, inverter composition and it works. According CRH2 EMU auxiliary converter works presented CRH2 EMU auxiliary converters of frequency control, sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM), space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) and other control strategies.In this paper, according to the proposed VVVF, SPWM and SVPWM control strategy, converter and its control system are built in Matlab software. the converter is in working condition will be under different control strategies simulation, and the simulation results are analyzed to obtain the results consistent with the design requirements-whether the output voltage, the voltage waveform SPWM SVPWM can still be the ideal to meet the requirements is also very good. Theoretically for SPWM control, SVPWM control harmonic components smaller, DC utilization is high, while the three-phase control, etc., but because of the test parameters, impact load circuits using SPWM control and the use of different control methods SVPWM, the output voltage waveform no LC filter before SVPWM control method resulting harmonic smaller. But after the LC filter, SPWM control waveform obtained better than SVPWM.In this paper, CRH2 EMU auxiliary converter research and methods in Matlab software platform for simulation methods are summarized,and EMU auxiliary converter research and use in Matlab software simulation are prospected.
