The prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge has many advantages and has been widely used in bridge engineering.With the rapid development of China's transportation network,the design,construction and operation of the bridge have put forward higher requirements,This need to bridge the type of structural design,construction technology,material research,mechanical analysis and other aspects to ensure that the bridge after the structural safety.There are many researches on cantilever construction technology of continuous beam at home and abroad.It is necessary to supplement and perfect the further research in this field because of the different structure,geological conditions and construction environment of each bridge project.In this paper,the continuous beam bridge construction cantilever construction as the background,combined with the construction site of the influencing factors,the bridge construction control to ensure that the beam line to achieve the design and specification requirements.According to the key link and construction characteristics of the continuous girder bridge,the cantilever construction technology of the long span prestressed concrete continuous beam is studied to ensure that the bridge is successfully closed according to the design.According to the key link of the bridge construction,the excavation and supporting design of the foundation pit are carried out to ensure the stability of the expressway subgrade.The concrete temperature control measures of the concrete capacity of the platform;The calculation of the shelter and the 0 # block and the linear cast-in-place section bracket is carried out.The bearing installation,the temporary consolidation of the pier beam,the cantilever construction,the temporary locking during the construction of the closure section,the balance design and the structural system conversion are discussed.This paper expounds the effective measures to ensure the safe construction of large span continuous beam across the expressway.According to the construction sequence of continuous beam bridge,the Midas finite element software is used to calculate and analyze.The calculated displacement and stress theory data are used to control the bridge construction to ensure that the linear shape of the beam is successfully closed according to the design requirements.The rationality of the finite element modeling analysis is verified and the reliability of construction control.
