With the national demonstration project of ground source heat pump continued to build, and also constantly organized mechanism detect the projects for energy efficiency and do simple analysis, but these analyzes have stayed in most of the energy efficiency and energy savings, and the lack of factors related to the environmental and economic benefits of the project analysis.. Through this paper based on data for field projects detection, I research and analysis of the impact of environmental and economic benefits of potential relevance, and combine with field measured.And then the experiment is given to improve the environment and the economy ground source heat pump in construction applications benefit comprehensive value measures or policies.In this paper, the various forms of ground source heat pump to theoretical research and its application is currently in the country to understand the situation, and ground source heat pump evaluation methods were summarized, there are three main evaluation method that is constructed comprehensive evaluation matrix method, calculate the indirect and direct benefits comprehensive evaluation method and the evaluation method to add a new index. To be able to economic and environmental benefits of GSHP be objective and factual analysis, summarize the advantages and disadvantages of these three evaluation methods and establish the evaluation method of the present paper needs, that is introduced in a separate environmental and economic benefits evaluation based on the original investment saving rate and investment rate reduction two new indicators to evaluate the ground source heat pump, and then analyze factors related to the environmental and economic benefits of these evaluation results. In order to accurately evaluate objectively, paper selects Chengdu three actual geothermal projects as measured data support,through field research projects himself and ground source heat pump system measured actual operating conditions, access to information and the actual operating data of the project. The obtained data is then analyzed and processed, the initial investment cost of major computing projects and annual operating costs for the analysis of the economic benefits of the project status. Environmental benefits through energy efficiency case computing projects, major energy savings and emission reductions projects analyzed. Finally, investment saving rate and investment rate reduction two indicators obtained numerical relationship between environmental and economic benefits. In two indicators and other results after three projects deal with environmental and economic benefits of correlation analysis, the correlation is mainly reflected in four aspects of the project ground source heat pump system design, architectural design, operation and management as well as policies and regulations. By correlating these four aspects of the analysis, the corresponding strategies to improve Chengdu ground source heat pump applications in environmental and economic benefits.In this paper, in the original evaluation system of environmental and economic benefits it added two new indicators, namely, investment and saving rate reduction rates head. Thesis project run real case data as a data base, through the use of data processing as well as the results of the newly added index measured project environmental and economic benefits for the analysis of relevance, and came to influence factors associated with both, the corresponding strategies and measures to improve the application of ground source heat pump in the construction of environmental and economic benefits.
