The reliability of rolling bearing is a necessary condition to guarantee the stable operation of modern large rotating machinery. The vibration signals collected in the engineering construction site often show obvious non-stability, and the traditional non-stationary signal processing method is based on single channel information,the diagnosis result is uncertain, as the reliability is low. The full vector spectrum technology is combined with the vibration information of the two channels, which can truly reflect the working state of the rolling bearing. In this paper, the full vector spectrum technology and traditional methods are combined, applied to the fault diagnosis of rolling bearings, the main research work is as follows:(1)Put forward the non-stationary signal analysis method based on full vector intrinsic time scale decomposition(ITD), through the simulation analysis, it is shown that the full vector ITD method can more fully and accurately extract the characteristic frequency of the multi components signal;(2)Put forward the demodulation method based on full vector Teager energy operator. The feasibility of this demodulation method of full vector Teager operator is analyzed with the simulation signals. The results showed that the method can fuse the envelope demodulation information of the two channel signals, but it can produce frequency aliasing when processing the signals with multiple components.(3)A new method of rolling bearing fault diagnosis based on ITD- vector Teager energy operator demodulation was put forward. Further structure simulation verified the effectiveness of the new method, and a comparative study with Hilbert envelope demodulation method was made, which showed that the two of them was in good agreement with the results of demodulation Finally, an example is analyzed to show the typical fault of rolling bearing could be diagnosed successfully by the method.
