Rolling bearing is important parts and widely used in rotating machinery,plays an important role in guarantee the stable operation of the machine,therefore,the study of the fault diagnosis,has become the current one of the important research content in the field of machinery.The traditional signal processing method based on single channel information,have a chance and poor reliability,so the homologous information fusion processing of dual channel,to ensure the accuracy of the data is critical,and full vector spectrum is one of the more excellent homologous information fusion method,has been applied in many fields.Fault diagnosis,many scholars have conducted a lot of research and have developed some analytical techniques,but for the complicated composition of rolling bearing vibration signal,use a single technology can't obtain good effect.In this paper,combining the full vector spectrum technology and local mean decomposition method,the type of rolling bearing faults are preliminary judgement,and on this basis,the ideas of marginal spectrum is referenced and expanded,and LMD-vector time domain marginal spectrum method is proposed.The method is verified by the example analysis,in judgment fault types of rolling bearing,with high efficiency and accuracy.The main research content is as follows:(1)Introduced the relevant theories of full vector spectrum,and through the real data,verify its comprehensiveness,reliability,and good compatibility;(2)The thought of local mean decomposition was studied,and integration of full vector spectrum technology,through the simulation analysis,proved the accuracy of full vector LMD method;(3)In view of the engineering of complex signal,pure LMD decomposition sometimes can't distinguish fault characteristics,referenced by the ideas of marginal spectrum,LMD-vector time domain marginal spectrum method is proposed,and through the example analysis,proved this method is effective and accurate in judging the fault types of rolling bearing.
