Design And Implement Of Train Locomotive Card Reader Device Based On ARM

With the acceleration of the speed of the train, the train operation safety issues are becoming increasingly important.Many countries developed a variety of monitoring equipment to ensure the safety of trains.The Train Operation Monitoring System LKJ2000 is the most widely used of a train running safety monitoring equipment in china, the locomotive card and the card reading device are important part of the system. Its function is to deliver reveal information and records LKJ2000 operating recording.Currently existing locomotive card reader devices have many issues include reading and writing slow, poor compatibility, single communication and many other issues, these problems seriously affect the efficiency of the train driver, in this thesis a new Locomotive card reader device is designed to solve the above problems, the main work content as follows:1. The solution to the problem of the existing card reader device is changing the main control chip and design the program by using the parallel manner and supporting the USB and Ethernet communication, which increases the read-write speed and is compatible with all kinds of the existing pluggable card used by locomotive drivers. The new card reader device has advantages including high read-write speed, small size and compatibility.2. In terms of hardware design, the overall architecture is designed firstly and then the design of schematic circuit diagrams of MCU, USB, Ethernet, card interface, and power supply is completed. At last the printed circuit board is designed based on the schematic circuit diagrams.3. In terms of software design, the module partition based on the different functions and the overall architrcture are introduced firstly, and the modules are described detailedly, including the main function, the USB transmission module, the Ethernet communication module and the SPI module.Lots of targeted tests are done and the functions of the device work ideally.
