With the development of intelligent home furnishing system and technology of the internet of things, the state increases the intensity of attention to the intelligent residential gradually.Whether the household electricity can be effectively monitored, relating to the vital interests of residents, considering the large number of household electric equipment, and them can't be controlled timely as well as romote.Thus, this paper presents a design scheme of intelligent socket management system which based on Wi-Fi communication, and the main task of the subject is to design a switching-typed multifunctional intelligent socket product, and then construct the management system which based on Wi-Fi technology.(1)As to the design of intelligent socket, We use the SOC management chip MSP430FE427 A of the TI company and Wi-Fi module HF-LPT100 of the Han Feng company.MSP430FE427 A integrates AD sampling, electrical energy measurement and software management; the Wi-Fi module configured for AP-STA co-existence mode through software, that is to say, supporting the client and server mode simultaneously, as the client, it can exchange data with remote PC through a wireless router terminal, as the server, we can use the mobile internet terminal to access and control the module, and aslo we embed modbus protocol in all the communication data. Meanwhile, in the aspect of the smart socket hardware, we design the voltage and current sampling, power supply, memory, relay switch control and the Wi-Fi module drive circuit which based on SOC management unit.(2)As to the intelligent socket system management terminal, we adopt the hardware platform of STM32F107VCT6 which based on Cortex-M3 architecture of the ST company and software architecture of the embedded real-time operating system which based on Free RTOS management. And in hardware, we designed the Etherne t driver PHY chip circuit, SD card circuit; in software, we analyze the memory allocation scheme of Free RTOS and introduce the TLSF algorithm to improve it as well as the principle of ethernet communication protocol Lw IP. And then transplant the Free RTOS kernel and Lw IP protocol to the STM32F107VCT6 development platform, after all, we design the embedded Web server to undertake the system data management.At the end, we test the smart socket and its management system, the results show that the measurement precision of the smart socket reaches 1S, powerconsumption is less than 1W, 3VA; the entire management system can operate normally, and can complete the remote timer switching as well as power reading,which achieves the expected goal.
