The paper describes topics for practical application, due to China’s large aircraft airborne test system ground verification platform simulated signal source system project. With the rapid development of space science and technology and the improvement of the living standard, the plane this convenient travel tool attracts more and more visitors and friends of all ages. In recent years, through the purchase of foreign aircraft, China already has a considerable number of civil aviation aircraft, but this does not meet the requirements of many passengers and the costs are relatively high, in order to improve this situation, the state puts forward the development of China made large aircraft project in the "12th Five-Year" plan, flight test and verification platform is an important part of the plan.The flight test and verification platform is mainly composed of a power supply system, simulated signal source system, comprehensive test management system and other subsystems, Among them, simulated signal source system is an important part of the verification platform, its important role is to receive the network data and analysis the data, then simulate various sensors to product various types of corresponding signals for airborne testing system. In order to ensure the safety of the operation, the accuracy of the signal and the reliability of the function, we need real-time monitoring and periodic calibration of simulated signal source system.This paper mainly completed the following work:1) To find a reasonable way to complete the real-time monitoring and sampling of the multi-channel signal of the simulated signal source system. Through full access to relevant literature at home and abroad, combined with the actual requirements of the project, the scheme is proposed and its feasibility is analyzed and demonstrated.2) Design and implementation of signal monitoring system for simulated signal source. According to the specific requirements of multi-channel signal monitoring, we design signal monitoring system of scheme 1 and 2, including hardware circuit schematic, PCB circuit board and software program, so as to realize the signal conditioning, data acquisition, data processing and display, and then debug system and analyze testing data.3) Design and implementation of multi channel signal calibration of simulated signal source. Through full access to relevant literature at home and abroad, combined with the actual requirements of the project, we work out the implementation scheme for multi-channel automatic calibration system, design hardware circuit and PCB board for multi way switch box, then design calibration algorithms and the automatic calibration program based on LabVIEW, and then debug system and analyze testing data.
