| With the acceleration of the military modernization process,countries have invested a large amount of scientific research power into the research of radar systems of various new architectures and new systems.Therefore,in the development of radar systems,how to accurately and quickly test and verify their performance indicators becomes The essential.The traditional test methods of radar system performance indicators require a large number of field tests,which have high test cost,long test period and poor confidentiality.Therefore,a special microwave signal source for testing radar systems emerges as the times require-the radar target analog signal source,which simulates the performance of the radar system performance indicators by simulating various real-time target echo signals.It mainly includes the intermediate frequency part,the RF output channel part,the RF receiving channel part and the main control part.This paper mainly designs and implements its output channel module.This paper first introduces the theoretical basis of radar target analog signal source,including its internal architecture and working principle,expounds the importance of its output channel,compares and analyzes several mainstream architecture transmitters,and provides technical indicators for the output channel of the signal source.Analyze to determine the architecture of the output channel scheme,the IF frequency range,and the RF local oscillator frequency.The requirements of the output channel are various,the frequency and power accuracy are the most basic,and the spectrum is required to have less pure spurs,high linearity and wide dynamic range.Consider the above factors to design the output channel module,and select each component.The chip and the module are then simulated by the software to verify the feasibility of the solution.The hardware of the output channel module is realized,mainly considering the effects of impedance matching,discontinuity of the structure of the microwave transmission line,electromagnetic compatibility and the influence of the coaxial connector.Combined with the simulation and verification of the electromagnetic simulation software,the hardware design of the output channel module is completed..Finally,test the performance of each indicator parameter of the output channelmodule,and analyze the test results and propose the system improvement direction. |
