With the continuous development of China’s socialist economy, China’s transportation industry has also been considerable development, and transportation mode has undergone enormous changes. Various transport modes from the former time-consuming, poor environment, low safety factor gradually become safer, more comfortable, more convenient, and diversified modes of transportation not only enrich people’s daily travel choice, constantly adapt to the higher demands of the market economy development proposed for the transport sector. Changes in mode of transport for people travel to provide more choice, so that high-speed rail abnormal fierce competition with other modes of transport are also evolving. For example, close to the road transport, road transport was stronger than rail transport, but on the road far transport, air transport and highways also have their own very distinct advantage.Faced with increasingly fierce competition and the current situation of China high-speed railway development point of view, there are still many problems and shortcomings. With the construction of large-scale high-speed railway, high-speed rail attendance is not very high but failed to play a transport capacity should have, and high costs, low competitiveness highlights the situation more and more obvious. Addition of high-speed railway by the government pricing, pricing strategy is relatively simple inflexible, does not meet the needs of the market economy, which are a serious impediment to the development of high-speed railways. With the rapid development of China’s high-speed railway, China’s railway transport capacity has been greatly improved, rail transport and other modes of transportation if you want a competitive advantage, and constantly improve their own revenue and passenger traffic, the railway transport sector must adopt a new marketing tools and advanced management methods to improve the income level, resulting in higher economic efficiency. In this paper, the ideas and methods of revenue management introduced into our high-speed rail operations management in the past, high-speed railway passenger revenue management systematic research to improve high-speed rail passenger total revenue administration.This paper analyzes the earnings management theory practical significance in the current research and application of high-speed rail revenue management theory in China. Secondly, describes the basic concepts of the theory of revenue management, application conditions, and the basic method used successfully in a number of areas, then compare the similarities and differences between high speed rail and air transport, which made the application of high-speed rail revenue management theory of feasibility. Third, according to passenger demand for high-speed rail and high-speed rail fares related to the establishment of high-level programming model iron at different times of the ticket price optimization, and then solved by heuristic (SAB algorithm) Sensitivity analysis method, given the specific operator analyze cases and solved using MATLAB and LINGO programming software. Finally, with the development of passenger fares and seat inventory related demand according to the same time period to establish high-speed rail seat joint decision model for stock and differential pricing, according to the relationship between the number of different fare passenger demand and inventory control, the development of ticket sales in different periods prices, the use of price and quantity demand with inventory adjustment, and seat inventory control, the train largest gains.
