| With the gradual improvement of the "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway network and the gradual formation of the "National 123 Travel Traffic Circle",the frequency of passengers choosing high-speed railway for cross-city travel has gradually increased.Due to the long-term adoption of a single fixed-fare pricing model in my country,the coexistence of tense and empty seats in different classes of trains is not conducive to the full utilization of transportation resources,and at the same time restricts the improvement of the efficiency of my country’s railway transportation enterprises.Since the end of 2020,the floating pricing policy for high-speed railway tickets has been gradually promoted.How to use the price lever to improve the utilization rate of train seat resources and increase the income of railway transportation enterprises is a hot issue in the current railway operation management research.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:First,summarize the relevant content of revenue management theory,travel behavior analysis theory,etc.,analyze the fare mechanism of high-speed railway in my country and the current situation of high-speed railway operation during the epidemic,and lay a theoretical foundation for the paper to build a multi-seat differential pricing model for high-speed railway based on revenue management.Secondly,analyze the influencing factors of passengers’ travel choice behavior,design a questionnaire for passenger travel behavior choice based on the RP&SP survey method,and conduct statistical analysis of the results of 379 valid questionnaires to construct a passenger travel decision model based on MNL to describe passengers’ opinions on different train products.selection.Thirdly,based on the revenue management theory,considering the differences in train products at different service levels within the same departure time period,and on the basis of meeting the epidemic prevention requirements during the epidemic,with the goal of ensuring the safety and benefits of passenger travel and improving the income of railway transportation enterprises,considering the departure time period Constraints such as passenger flow of inner seats,interval seating policy,discount rate restrictions,etc.,build a multi-seat differential pricing model for high-speed railway based on revenue management,and design a genetic algorithm to solve it.Finally,taking the current situation of the operation of the Beijing-Shanghai highspeed railway during the epidemic as an example,a differential pricing plan for multiple seats of high-speed railway trains is formulated.The results show that under the condition of meeting the requirements of epidemic prevention and balancing the difference in occupancy rate,the plan can increase the overall income of the enterprise by 4.99%,and maximize the overall income of the railway transportation enterprise. |
