In recent years, water jet cleaning technology has been widely applied in various industries. As the key part to water jet, Nozzle directly affects the jet cleaning effect. Conical nozzle is famous for simple and neutral jets strike force. Scholars at home and abroad also have done a lot of in-depth research about conical nozzle. Porous nozzle is more widely used in engineering. There is a mutual adsorption effect between several jets after leaving the nozzle. Because of the complexity of the jet and the theoretical analysis, the study of porous nozzle is still less. Especially, the conical porous nozzle flow field characteristics of the inside and outside.Using Fluent numerical simulation visualization capabilities to study the flow field inside and outside of the conical porous nozzle by changing nozzle geometty. In order to achieve the purpose of optimization and improvement porous conical nozzle.This paper is based on the insulator water cleaning device’s cone conical nozzle of the Southwest Jiaotong University. Using the CFD fluid simulation software to simulation of low pressure jets, analysis on nozzle jet’s characteristic deeply, and compared the porous nozzle jet characteristic influence from the speed, water content, dynamic pressure and other aspects. To provide a reference for the porous nozzle design options.This dissertation consists of three parts:(1) Through the insulator water cleaning device’s conical nozzles original analog simulation analysis to get characteristic nozzle jet. Conical nozzles were analyzed for speed, water content, traffic and combat forces, describes the speed and water content trends in the sector and outside the nozzle flow field, analysis of the changes in conical porous nozzle flow and combat forces.(2) In the basis of the conical nozzle of the insulator water cleaning device, by changing the aspect ratio of the outlet,inlet and outlet cone section converging angle, nozzle hole spacing and hole number and other parameters, analyze the nozzle main structural parameters impact of changes within the conical porous nozzle external flow field characteristic, provide the basis for the subsequent optimization of the structure.(3) In the basis of the research within the conical porous nozzle external flow field characteristics, to further optimize and improve conical porous nozzle structure. Analysis and simulation of the influence of the inlet pressure on the jet, to obtain the optimum value, impact analysis and research to combat the outflow of field length and angle of the nozzle jets, so as to achieve a better effect of jet cleaning.
