Coal-fired power plant boiler pulverized coal combustion process of formation fouling and coking, which increasing the thermal resistance of heat exchangers and thermal efficiency drops, flue gas containing heat in heating surface absorption in a timely and effective manner, the exhaust temperature, heat loss increased, the boiler efficiency drops, running economy greatly reduced. Heating surface dirt and coke also cause uneven heat between the exhaust pipe, have a greater thermal deviation, causing the wall-temperature, and high and low temperature corrosion can occur in the wall heating surface fouling greatly reduce the strength and life. What more cause burst pipes, directly affect the safe operation of the boiler. Efficient sootblower design of boiler sootblower and soot blowing optimization system is the effective way to solve the fouling problems. But there is a fleet of soot blower soot blower. For example, high energy consumption, dead zone, poor equipment reliability, high maintenance costs, damage to heating surface and discharge tube type heating surface defects and poor cleaning effect of fouling back. So the mislead of sootblowing and the gaps of fouling prediction, resulting in inadequate or too frequent soot blowing. Reducing the strength of the heating surface, reducing its life and cause a lot of energy wasted or ineffective soot blowing, causing the problem of serious fouling. So sootblower inappropriate operation will not help improve the economic efficiency of the unit, but may increase the burden of running the boiler.In this paper, I developed a smart gas pulse soot blowing system for pollution. I connect power plant Boiler Convective serious gray area with low soot blowing equipment together to solve this problem. First of all, fouling monitoring model is established on the basis of the principle of heat balance of a 300 MW boiler in Qian’xi, Gui’zhou Province, using the discrete data of the model, validate the correctness of this model. In the basis of calculation results, on the premise of the safe operation of the boiler, gives the blowing of judgment, finally through the PLC control system to control the blowing gas pulse ash removal device, to clean the intelligent of the power plant boiler tail flue ash. Intelligent gas pulse ash removal system of research and development, effectively solved the problem of lacking blowing and the frequency of dust collecting accurate monitoring, a reasonable guide for blowing gas pulse soot blower operation, effective solution is given priority to cleaning the heating surface of boiler,so as to improve the safety and economic performance of such boilers.
