With the development of science and technology, the traditional physical grid integrates information technology, sensor technology and automatic control technology and gradually transitions to more secure, more stable, more economical, more efficient and more environmentally friendly smart grid. through automation, informationization management, the real-time monitoring for high voltage power towers combined with sensor technology and communication technology plays a vital role in improving the reliability and stability of the transmission system.In view of the high voltage transmission line iron tower anti-theft system project requirements, the paper focuses on design and implementation of the control center management software based on Qt. Users through this article design the graphical interface can be either active view image information monitoring site, with "passive mode" and the monitoring terminal vibration sensor and infrared detection to receive three authentication scene image information, realize the twoway control.This paper introduces the Qt cross-platform development kit and the key technology first, and then the h.264 video codec technology, network transmission protocols, such as motion detecting technology is studied in this paper. Based on the above technology, this paper completed the design of the monitoring center client software. Besides can realize real-time image information broadcast function, also designed a powerful tool for image management, historical information playback and yuntai control function and so on. Others, in order to greatly improve the accuracy of the system alarm message, the system developed a motion detecting function based on background subtraction algorithm. Finally, the system function test, the results show that the monitoring center operators through the system can timely grasp the running state of the transmission tower, and the client convenient operation, stable running, high reliability, which has a high application value and popularization value.
