As a new non-linear circuit element, memristor has unique characteristics and non-volatile memory,so it has great application in VLSI, nonvolatile memory,artificial intelligence and neural networks. Neural network through cell-cell interactions, showing a complex nonlinear dynamics. This complex nonlinear dynamical system has information processing, pattern recognition and optimization capabilities. The neural network which designed by memristor can greatly reduce the size of the network and improve network capacity.In this paper, I study the characteristics of memristor deeply, analysis mathematical model of memristor, design memristor circuits and simulate them.Apply memristor into chaotic systems design,design different memristor chaotic system, simulate and analysis these systems. At last, propose a new memristor model,introduced it in the neural network, simulate the forgetting characteristic. This paper is divided into the following sections:According to HP memristor mathematical model, design magnetron memristor circuits and load-controlled memristor circuit, and use Multisim simulation software to simulate them.By clever combination of magnetron memristor and charge control memristor with inductors, capacitors, resistors, design different memristor chaotic circuit. And analyze their detailed kinetic analysis. And through Matlab simulation can get different chaotic attractor and Lyapunov exponents.Design synapses circuit based on memristor and analyze circuit characteristics;propose new memristor model, applied it to the chaotic neural network.In this paper, design different memristor; and based on the magnetic and charge control circuit memristor design chaos systems, and analyze the dynamics analysis of the systems; design synapses circuits based on memristor and applied them to the chaotic neural network; combine the oretical analysis and circuit simulation.The imulation results have high values in both theories and experiments.
