In 1971, Professor Chua of the University of California, USA, predicted the presence of memristor based on the completeness of circuit components. Until 2008,HP laboratories developed physical memristor with nano-materials,which caused widespread concern on memristor both at home and abroad. Memristor has nonlinear characteristics and is easy to produce chaotic oscillation signals, thus becoming an emerging circuit element in the design of chaotic circuits. Design of memristive chaotic circuit is a popular research direction. Compared with traditional chaotic circuit, it is not only dependent on the change of circuit parameters, but also on the initial value of memristor. At present memristive chaotic circuit based on Chua's circuit has more chaotic circuit design research.Two new memristive chaotic circuits are designed and analyzed based on the understanding of chaos theory, memristor theory,classical chaotic circuit and the analysis and realization of memristive chaotic circuit. In this thesis, two new memory chaotic circuits are designed, and the circuits are dynamic analyzed and realized. The specific research steps are as follows:1. First of all, we describe chaos theory, including the concept, the basic characteristics and commonly used numerical analysis methods. The methods contain phase space analysis, equilibrium point analysis (EPA),Lyapunov Exponents,bifurcation diagrams, Poincare section and power spectrum analysis through MATLAB programming simulation. Then, we introduce the basic operation circuit which is often used in the chaotic circuit, and briefly introduce three kinds of classical chaotic systems--Lorenz chaotic system,Chua's chaotic circuit and Chua's dual chaotic circuit.2. This thesis introduces the concept of memristor and then analyzes the mathematical model of memristor, and designs the hardware circuit to analyze the two memristive chaotic circuits. The analysis methods of memristive chaotic circuit are systematically described.3. Two new memristive chaotic circuits are designed. One is the memristive chaotic circuit based on Lorenz system. The dynamic analysis of the system is carried out to verify its complex dynamic phenomena. Another is a four-order memristive chaotic circuit derives from Chua's dual circuit. And the circuit's nonlinear dynamic characteristics depend on the initial conditions and system parameters are studied. The analog circuit is designed with Multisim. The hardware implementation is described. The experimental results verify the correctness of the theoretical results.
