With the development of city, the population density is more and more big, the problem of hard to find parking space and to reverse seeking car has begun to appear. To alleviate these problems, various kinds of parking system came into being, but with the further expansion of the scale of the city, there are more and more large complex constructions, independent parking system is unable to meet the demand. Therefore, a new type of parking system which can integrate the status information of the nearby garages and release it in the public platform is needed.In this paper, through the study of the characteristics of the existing parking system, the paper analyzes the functional requirements of the new parking garage and puts forward a new model of "traditional parking lot system"+"Internet". In this mode, the parking system can effectively integrate the resources of each parking garage, and guide the user to select the appropriate garage, so as to alleviate the parking problem.In order to solve the problem of searching parking space and reverse seeking a car, this paper proposes a "Double nearest neighbor sparse fingerprint with orientation" location strategy and "Fuzzy zone" guiding method. The characteristics of the location strategy include:the location result is located in the center of the road and shows in the form of a point or area, eliminating the effect of human body occlusion, reducing the jump of the location result, improving the user experience. Using the "Fuzzy zone" as a buffer can improve the error caused by the uncertainty of Wi-Fi location.The system is divided into three parts:the cloud, garage and intelligent terminal. Among these, the cloud is consisted of Ali cloud server, Ubuntu operating system, Flask framework and Mongo database. In the garage, the system built a digital environment that can be located by deploying wireless routers. In the terminal, the system developed two applications included the user version and the administrator version by Android smartphone.
