With the development of manufacturing industry, the demand of the mechanical parts of the contact surface wear-resisting performance are increasing. A reasonable surface texture on the friction pair can improve the friction and wear performance and play a good wear resistant effect The micro pit on the friction pair surface has been applied widely in engineering practice, which is helpful to reduce the friction loss.A new kind of micro mechanical electrolytic compound machining method is applied on the basis of micro machining and micro electrochemical machining technology.The main content of this paper are as follows:(1) A set of mechanical electrochemical combined machining technology test system is built The mechanical electrochemical combined machining technology was applied to make micro pit on the test platform.(2) A series of mechanical method and combined method were applied to do the test on the friction pair.uring the trial, micro mechanical processing parameters (bit diameter, rotating speed of tool feed, electrode), voltage, electrolyte (type, concentration), electrolytic process parameters such as feed speed were studied to analyze the influence factors of the quality.(3) By designing the orthogonal experiment combined with results of the optimum processing parameters, the optimal processing parameter (U= 3 v, the concentration of 3% NaCl electrolyte)were determined. The results shows that mechanical electrolytic combined processing method can work out between 100~300 microns in diameter pores.
