With the adjustment and the optimization of energy structure, solar energy gradually attracts people's attention. Solar water pump system as an important form of solar energy has great social benefit and economic benefit.The brushless DC motor control technology based on the position sensor permanent magnet of solar water pump system was studied in this paper. Firstly, the basic structure of the solar water pump system was expounded in detail. Secondly,the solar cell model for research on engineering applications was designed and built in the PSCAD / EMTDC simulation software. The simulation results verify the accuracy of this article of the solar cell model. Then, using the principle of incremental conductance method design of the solar cell MPPT controller ensures maximum power output of the battery, to ensure the efficient operation of the pump system. On the basis of the composition of the structure described brushless DC motor, the study explores the variety of conventional brushless DC motor rotor position detection. Focusing on brushless DC motor rotor position sensor location detection method carried out in detail. Finally, we propose a new method to improve the traditional back-EMF detection method for detecting a brushless DC motor based on rotor position. Simulation results show that this method is simple,effective and feasible; the most important thing is to ensure the accuracy of detection over a wide speed range. |
