At present, our country is promoting energy revolution, and trying the best to speed up the energy technology innovation. Most ecological park also speed up the optimization and adjustment of energy structure, of which the main characteristics include:the principle of "low carbon and recycling, high efficiency, safe and high quality, economical and environmental-friendly ", the implementation of the green development mode, the adoption of clean energy, such as wind, solar, CCHP, gas-steam combined cycle system.In the face of the access of a large number of distributed generation resources, traditional distribution grid, with the characteristics of passive consumption, passive absorption, passive control, can not adapt to the large-scale access of distributed generation resources. To solve the problem of the passive traditional distribution grid, the distribution grid of Sino-German Ecopar should be built into active distribution grid, which can actively adapt to the large-scale access of distributed generation resources, meet the medium the demand of distributed generation resources access, solve the various adverse impact on power grid with the access of distributed generation resources, and realize the efficient utilization of energy.This thesis firstly summarized the main features of the distribution grid in ecological park with distributed generation resources, then analyzed and introduced the active distribution grid and its key technology. The main research of this thesis is the technology of "source-grid-load" integrative load forecasting, planning method of the active distribution grid, advanced distribution automation and communications planning, and the concept of active distribution grid such as the capacity and optimal access of distributed generation resources, to make the distribution grid planning of ecological park more reasonable, guide the construction of the distribution grid, and ensure the development and construction going smoothly.
